Senior Analog Design Engineer

Leading the design and development of high-efficiency semiconductor devices, the full-time Senior Analog Design Engineer will manage all phases of the new product development lifecycle in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product optimization and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities: Oversee the entire new product development lifecycle from market definition to production release, including design, simulation, and validation of semiconductor devices Conduct design feasibility studies and device simulations using PSpice/Silvaco software to optimize performance and reliability Collaborate with integration and packaging teams to propose effective process flows and high-performance packaging solutions Required qualifications: MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related field At least 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor device design and development Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices, device physics, and related technologies Experience with device simulation tools and CAD software Willingness to be part of a dynamic engineering team focused on innovation
