Journeyman Electrician

Viracon LLC is a leading manufacturer of high-performance architectural glass used in commercial buildings across North America. We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our Tech 13 team on our night shift schedule. Shift: Monday–Wednesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM + every other Thursday Pay Range: $31–$36/hour depending on experience What You’ll Do Read blueprints and technical diagrams Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control, and lighting systems Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild equipment independently Manage inventory related to maintenance work Enter completed work into a computerized maintenance management system Support continuous improvement initiatives and team performance goals What You Bring Active Journeyman Electrician license Two-year degree in electronics with 3+ years of electrical or electronic experience OR 4+ years of related field experience Ability to read and understand work instructions in English Experience operating power tools safely Strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Solid communication skills Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability coverage for employees and dependents Incentive Plans 401(k) with employer contribution and match Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer match Paid Time Off (Vacation and Sick Time) Paid Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Program Training and Career Progression Apogee Enterprises and our brands are equal opportunity employers.
