Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification.
• Eligible for educator certification for Alabama or transferable license.
• Experience with K-2 and/or Pre-K resource settings preferred.
• Proficient working with autism spectrum caseloads.
• Willingness to work on-site in a travel capacity; VOCO candidates not considered.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality push-in and pull-out resource instruction to K-2 students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, aides, and family members.
• Adapt teaching strategies for students with diverse learning needs.
• Track progress and maintain thorough documentation.
