Job Description Summary:

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service specialists, spare parts, tools). Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. They schedule the job and are responsible for the content of quotes.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordination - Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.
  
• Contract Management - Manages customer satisfaction by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensures the required quality is delivered and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.
  
• Service Order Process - Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.
  
• Reporting & Documentation - Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.
  
• One Accelleron - Cooperates and coordinates activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and to maximize service sales at every opportunity. Ensures the transfer of Service findings to the product / system local business units for improvement of their offerings.
  
• Single Point for Customer - Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.
  

Your background:

• 2 years of experience in the marine or power generation field, working as a service engineer.
  
  
• Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning, and repairing heavy marine or power generation equipment.
  
  
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
  
  
• The ability to spend approximately 10 to 20 days traveling to domestic locations in Mexico or the United States.
  
  
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
  
  
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.

• $69,745/year - $95,934/year
