Global Sales Incentives - Sales Plan Design, Segmentation & Analytics Intern 2027

Employees in this role deliver sales enablement strategy and executethe overall incentives process while maintaining a satisfactory controls posture. Support the creation, financial integrity and implementation of a competitive, balanced sales incentive plan. Design, manage and execute digitized global end to end sales incentives consistent with compensation principles and Go-to-Market strategy with the purpose to motivate sellers to deliver revenue and business results aligned to IBM strategy. Deliver high quality, value-add solutions and expertise as trusted business advisors focusing on collaboration with all stakeholders. Execute a management system that drives agility, innovation,simplification, automation and continual process improvement. Your role and responsibilities Partner with experienced staff and work independently to provide analysis and insights to inform decisions on IBM’s sales plan design and client segmentation processes. Required education High School Diploma/GED Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Analytical Thinking - Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Attention to Detail - Ensuring accuracy in calculations, documentation, and design deliverables. Communication Skills - Clear and concise reporting of findings, ideas, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders. Adaptability & Collaboration - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and collaborate across different functions.

Supplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
