ROLE : DIVISION MANAGER - ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION

Location: Wilmington, North Carolina (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full Time

About the Role: Watson seeks a Division Manager responsible for overall leadership and performance of the Wilmington division, overseeing operations, finance, project management, production, estimating, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations to achieve growth, profitability, and operational objectives
Manage division financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L
Oversee project management, estimating, job processing, and profitability reviews
Monitor project productivity, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
Develop new business and strengthen GC/developer relationships
Lead weekly management meetings and monthly operational reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and supplier requirements

Requirements:

Prior Division Manager experience within the electrical construction industry MANDATORY
Proven experience leading operational and financial performance of an electrical construction division
Strong understanding of project management, estimating, budgeting, and P&L
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
Experience building relationships with general contractors, developers, and commercial construction clients
Valid driver's license
