About the Role: As a Veterinary Technician at Bay Pines Veterinary Clinic, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our animal patients. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Veterinarian during routine patient appointments and surgical procedures with precision and compassion. - Collecting and preserving laboratory samples, ensuring accurate documentation, and handling. - Performing ultrasound examinations under the guidance of the attending Veterinarian, contributing to the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. - Sharing your knowledge and expertise by mentoring and training junior staff members in basic veterinary functions. - Ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and proper storage of surgical equipment to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. - Collaborating with our Veterinarians to develop engaging training courses and educational materials for our staff members.
