This role partners with QA, Development, DevOps, and business teams to improve software quality, test efficiency, and release reliability across enterprise applications and platforms.This role does NOT provide current or future sponsorship assistancePlease note that we will NOT provide relocation assistance (Candidates are expected to relocate on own 3 weeks from time of offer acceptance)Employees are required to report in office 4 days a week / 7834 CF Hawn Freeway | Dallas, Texas 75217 (NO NEGOTIATION)This is a direct hire role; We are NOT open to employing through contractor or agencyDuties and Responsibilities of the Position:Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and reusable automation componentsDefine automation standards, best practices, and testing strategies across QA teamsLead automation initiatives for functional, regression, integration, and API testingIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLCMentor QA automation engineers and provide technical leadershipAnalyze automation metrics and identify opportunities for process improvementSupport enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutionsParticipate in architecture reviews, release planning, and environment strategy discussionsRequired Experience and Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred7+ years of QA and test automation experience3+ years in an automation architecture or technical leadership roleExperience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or UFTStrong programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub ActionsStrong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologiesExperience with Jira or other test and defect management toolsPreferred Skills:AP testing experienceAPI automation experienceCloud platform knowledge (AWS or Azure)Performance testing experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesCompetencies:Technical LeadershipStrategic ThinkingContinuous ImprovementCollaborationProblem SolvingQuality FocusWe offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
