WHAT YOU WILL DO As an Electrical Project Director, you will comply with all safety requirements while actively promoting and reinforcing a positive safety culture. Oversee the strategic planning and day-to-day operational management of mission-critical facility construction, ensuring high reliability and performance standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and resilience within mission‑critical operations. Lead risk management and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage budget allocation and optimize resources to effectively support mission‑critical operations. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence by promoting training and development in mission‑critical protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on operational performance. Continuously identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement to enhance overall effectiveness and system reliability. Perform additional duties as assigned. WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM 10+ years of experience working in mission‑critical environments, including data center management, operations, or facilities management. A background in operational oversight, ensuring reliability, uptime, and performance in complex facilities. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field experience. 5+ years of leadership or management experience, with demonstrated success leading teams. Ability to manage complex operations, balancing strategic planning with daily operational demands. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
