You'll mentor and support managers, foster a culture of excellence, and ensure regulatory compliance while helping individuals achieve their goals and greatest level of independence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support Residential Managers, Assistant Managers, Nurses, Social Workers, Behavioral Specialists, and Recreation TherapistsEnsure adequate staffing and scheduling across assigned residencesMaintain compliance with OPWDD, state, and federal regulationsMonitor program quality, documentation, and service deliveryReview and oversee incident management processesAudit consumer records and prepare for regulatory reviewsManage program budgets and financial operationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with families, care teams, and external providersRecruit, interview, hire, train, and develop staffConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coachingParticipate in a rotating on-call leadership scheduleWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university1-3 years of OPWDD management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsValid New York State Driver's License + 1-year licensed driving experienceIf you're an experienced leader looking to advance your career while making a lasting impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and help us continue Creating Life Without Limits for People with Disabilities.
