Certifications: Certifications required for the specialty. Must-Have: Two supervisory clinical references required at the time of submission. Charge RN references are acceptable. Preference for at least one travel assignment prior to application, but not required. Description: Seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical Surgical. The role involves working in a day shift capacity consisting of 3 twelve-hour shifts. Candidates should have a minimum of nursing experience, with prior charge experience preferred. Experience with patient ratios is required. Candidates must have a valid state nursing license. All nursing certifications relevant to the specialty must be included. References are necessary for application, and preference will be given to those with travel experience. Consideration will be given to candidates with significant experience even if they have not traveled previously. Candidates must complete compliance requirements promptly. The role involves comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Nurses will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and adjusting care plans as needed.
