Overview A law firm seeks an Immigration Attorney in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves providing legal analysis and strategy for immigration cases, drafting and reviewing petitions, and maintaining client communication and representation. The attorney will oversee support staff and engage in community education. Responsibilities Conduct legal analysis and develop immigration case strategies. Draft, review, and file immigration petitions. Correspond with government agencies and respond timely. Communicate with clients and provide advisory services. Supervise and provide legal oversight to support staff. Maintain professional knowledge and monitor legal developments. Engage in community and client education. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school or foreign equivalent. Active bar licensure to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Two years of experience as an attorney or legal consultant in any field of law. Education Juris Doctor (J.D) degree Certifications Active bar licensure Skills Strong legal analysis and case strategy skills. Excellent communication and client advisory abilities. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Ability to supervise and oversee support staff effectively. Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
