A growing, doctor-led dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join its Tipp City practice. This is a strong opportunity for a dentist who wants mentorship, clinical development, modern technology, and the support to build confidence in a non-corporate practice environment.

This role may be a strong fit for a newer dentist, especially someone with post-GPR experience, or a provider who wants to keep growing in surgical, implant, and advanced procedures with support from experienced owner doctors.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, restorative care, crowns, extractions, and procedures within comfort level
• Build confidence in surgical, implant, and advanced clinical care with mentorship
• Communicate clearly with patients and the team
• Maintain a high standard of care
• Support practice growth and patient loyalty
• Work closely with experienced doctors, assistants, hygienists, and leadership

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Ohio license or ability to obtain
• Newer dentist with post-GPR experience preferred
• Experienced GPs also welcome
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to keep learning and improving
• Interest in surgical, implant, and advanced procedures
• Team-first mindset
• Long-term growth mentality
