About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative / Service Writer to join our team in Hallandale Beach, FL. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, assessing their needs, dispatching service requests, and delivering exceptional customer care.

The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Dispatch & Assessment: Analyze customer needs, evaluate service requirements, and accurately dispatch calls or service requests.

• Data Entry & Records: Accurately log customer interactions, service orders, and updates into our system software.

• Clear Communication: Explain services, pricing, and product details clearly to assist customers in their decision-making process.

• Sales & Inquiries: Handle inbound sales inquiries, recommend appropriate solutions, and promote additional services when relevant.

• Teamwork & Training: Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow processes and assist in onboarding/training new staff on service protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

• Experience:
  
  
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience (Required).

  • 3+ years of Dispatching experience (Required).

  • Call center or service department experience preferred.

• Languages:
  
  
  • English (Required, fluent written and spoken).

  • Spanish (Preferred / Highly Desirable).

• Technical Skills: Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and proficiency with standard office software/computer systems.

• Location: Must be able to commute daily or relocate to Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 prior to starting work.
