Team Red Dog is hiring a Graphic Designer for our client, a creative technology powerhouse and global digital experience innovator. In this fully remote , highly visible role, you'll create compelling social media content, event branding, and campaign assets that showcase innovation, sustainability, and the stories shaping one of the world's most recognized technology brands. You'll transform complex technology concepts into bold, engaging visual experiences while collaborating with art directors, creative teams, and stakeholders across a wide variety of high-impact initiatives. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

1. Graphic Design (5–7+ years): Strong portfolio demonstrating bold, modern brand and social design with exceptional typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.
2. Adobe Creative Cloud Expertise (2–3+ years): Expert proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop to create polished digital, print, event, and social assets.
3. Social Media Design (2–3+ years): Experience designing engaging, platform-specific social content while maintaining consistent brand standards.
4. Event & Campaign Production Design (2–3+ years): Experience producing high-volume creative assets for events, campaigns, environmental graphics, presentations, signage, and branded merchandise.

How you will make an impact:

• Design original social media graphics that keep brand channels engaging, current, and visually compelling.
• Translate complex technology concepts into clear, approachable, and visually engaging creative assets.
• Manage your own creative workload while working against editorial and content calendars.
• Produce high-quality campaign assets including social graphics, event signage, banners, branded merchandise, presentation decks, and environmental graphics.
• Execute production work from established campaign design systems while maintaining brand consistency across every deliverable.
• Build organized, animation-ready files that support collaboration with motion and video teams.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring design quality along with copy accuracy, spelling, grammar, accessibility, and global readiness.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors, designers, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the creative process.

The expertise you bring:

• 5–7+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• 2–3+ years designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• 2–3+ years of event, environmental, or campaign production design experience.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, hierarchy, and brand systems.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual storytelling that simplifies complex or technical concepts.
• Experience balancing independent creative ownership with executing established creative direction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work at volume.
• Portfolio showcasing bold, modern, personality-driven design work across social, branding, and campaign projects. Portfolio submission is required.
• Experience with Figma is a plus.
• Familiarity with light motion graphics or animation-ready asset preparation is a plus.
• Passion for social media, digital storytelling, and emerging design trends.
