Chief Financial Officer

Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our client's manufacturing organization. This executive-level role will partner closely withthe executive team to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, and treasury functions.
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial performance.
• Partner with operations to improve profitability, pricing, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead and develop the accounting and finance team while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience
• Extensive leadership experience
• Strong manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience leading finance teams and partnering with executive leadership.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
