We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in El Cajon, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional health
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance motor skills, daily living activities, and cognitive function
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal recovery
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and long-term health strategies

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in California
• Knowledge of occupational therapy practices, treatments, and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to treat a broad range of patients, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on patient care and safety
