\nWe’re partnering with a highly respected, specialized commercial insurer seeking a Chief Actuary to shape strategy, drive profitable growth, and elevate analytics across the enterprise.
\nThis is a true C-suite role reporting directly to the President, with broad influence across underwriting, claims, finance, and executive leadership.

\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Lead actuarial strategy across pricing, reserving, and analytics \n
- Partner with executive leadership to shape company direction and growth strategy \n
- Deliver insights on market, economic, and business performance trends \n
- Advance analytics capabilities and modernize actuarial methodologies \n
- Identify growth opportunities and address underperforming segments \n
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, claims, and finance leadership \n
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing actuarial team \n
- Drive innovation through advanced analytics, modeling, and emerging technologies \n
What You’ll Bring

- ACAS minimum required \n
- Commercial P&C actuarial leadership experience \n
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically \n
- Strong business acumen and executive presence \n
- Experience leading teams and driving organizational impact \n
- Expertise in pricing, reserving, and analytics \n
