Outpatient

Flexible schedule:

Four 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or
Five 8 hour days

Year 1 Base salary of 285k
- Years 2 & beyond annual quality incentives up to 32k
- Plus production up to 40k
