Business Operations Manager

You’ll lead Sage’s “back office” while collaborating with the GM and leadership team in planning and driving execution across the company. Your mission is to ensure Sage’s business systems, finances, compliance, people processes, and infrastructure run smoothly. A typical week might include running payroll, reviewing operational metrics with the GM, renewing a rafting permit, interviewing a seasonal hire, or troubleshooting whatever the day throws at you. You may also help check in a guest, run a quick shuttle or book a guest over the phone. You’ll work across every corner of the business — finance, HR, compliance, facilities, and fleet — and be the person the whole team leans on to keep things running smoothly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
