Front Desk Clerk

Are you friendly, dependable, and passionate about hospitality? Coral Beach Resort is looking for a Front Desk Clerk to help create great guest experiences at one of Myrtle Beach's most popular oceanfront resorts.

Position Details

Location: Coral Beach Resort - Myrtle Beach, SC
Schedule: Flexible availability required
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Available

Responsibilities

Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service
Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
Answering questions about the resort and local area
Managing daily cash drawer and transactions
Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
Enforcing hotel policies and procedures
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Friendly and professional
Experienced in hotel front desk operations (preferred)
Skilled in customer service and guest relations
Comfortable handling cash and payments
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
