Private Equity Secondaries Analyst - Strategic Partners

Overview Blackstone Strategic Partners is a global leader in illiquid fund investing, with $94B of assets under management. We offer a range of liquidity opportunities to limited and general partners, including secondaries, GP stakes, and co‑investments across private equity, infrastructure and real estate asset classes. Job Description Blackstone’s Analyst program offers a unique experience among financial firms, enabling participants to develop a well‑rounded perspective on business and investing. Analysts will be involved in extensive valuation analysis and financial modeling of portfolio companies and funds across all private equity asset classes. They will gain valuable experience by working on secondary LP portfolio transactions, GP‑led continuation funds, co‑investments, and other unique deals. Additional responsibilities include preparing Investment Committee memos, structuring and executing investments, and conducting various research projects. Required Experience and Qualifications BA or BS degree One to three years in investment banking, private capital advisory, private equity secondaries, or direct private equity Requires on‑site presence five days per week in the New York office Resume must include GPA Resume must be in PDF format Compensation and Benefits Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 – $140,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications and job location. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and the possibility of equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
