Specialist Administration Commercial and Contracts Management (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung beim Kosten- und Cash-Flow-Controlling, Erstellen von Reports, Übersichten und Präsentationen, Administrierung der kommerziellen Aspekte Interne Prozessierung und Administrierung von Vertragsänderungen, Aktualisierung der Daten und Übersichten; Erstellung und Weiterverarbeitung von Rechnungen / Abrechnungen für Projekte, auch nach Kundenvorgabe oder in kundenspezifischen Portalen Berichterstattung und Projektverwaltung: Aufbereitung von kommerziellen Daten / KPIs für interne Zwecke und von Kunden geforderte Reports Unterstützung beim Management von projektbezogenen kommerziellen Themen Pflege der internen Datenbasis, Tabellen und Übersichten Unterstützung bei der Administration interner und kundenseitiger Softwaretools Ihre Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung Berufserfahrung im Bereich kaufmännische Administration, Projekt Controlling / Finanzen oder Vertragsmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert Erfahrung mit oder Interesse an der Administration von Projekten Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Hohe Affinität zu Zahlen sowie Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel) Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Vertrauenswürdigkeit Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Work Life Balance: flexible Arbeitszeiten, Sabbatical, 30 Urlaubstage & Sonderurlaubstage Mobiles Arbeiten: hybrides Arbeitsmodell & mobiles Arbeiten im Ausland Strukturierter Onboarding-Prozess (inkl.
