Representatives generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call‑ins with their insurance needs. Team members receive bonuses for generating leads from current customers, with no limit to the amount of bonus they are eligible to receive. Representatives will go through training in insurance, customer service, and our industry‑leading systems. No insurance knowledge is required for this position. Fully trained/validated in 90 days Uncapped bonus structure Paid time off, holidays, weekends off Health insurance All work equipment provided (laptop, phone, external monitors, etc.) 4‑40, 2‑20, or 20‑44 license not required prior to starting; agency will pay licensing costs This position will be located in our Palm Coast office at 1499 Palm Coast Parkway NW, Ste F, Palm Coast, FL 32137. Salary Range: $40,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year (annual base salary + commission + bonus opportunities). Requirements Must have a 2‑20 or 20‑44 license and meet agency performance standards for work‑from‑home; otherwise must work on‑site. Strong computer knowledge. Generate leads from existing clients. Retain current clients through excellent customer service.
