HIRING IMMEDIATELY: JACK RUNNER IN SUFFOLK, VA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Jack Runner to join our team in Suffolk, VA. This individual will be responsible for operating electric pallet jacks and supporting warehouse operations in a cold storage environment to ensure the safe and accurate movement of goods. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, follow safety procedures, and perform physical job duties in cold temperatures. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18 to $18.50/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 2nd shift schedules available
- Located in Suffolk, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the warehouse
- Ensure accurate placement of items in designated storage areas
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
- Support overall warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold storage environment (temperatures as low as -10°ree;F)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to safety and detail
