Earn what you are worth. We have a proven system that allows your earnings to be limited only by your skills and effort. Paid commissions to earn in excess of $25/Hour after training. Earn $20 to $22 per hour during a 90 training period. No layoffs, no changing jobs, consistent work and a supportive team. Steady year round work refinishing bathtubs, tile walls, and counters. Assigned vehicle, tools, equipment, supplies and jobs.

Job Description: We are looking for a talented Resurfacing Technician to perform surface refinishing services for residential and commercial clients. The Resurfacing Technician will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and completing refinishing projects to restore the appearance of bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing imperfections as needed, apply coatings and finishes to bathtubs, tiles, countertops, and other surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques, inspect finished surfaces to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, communicate effectively with clients to understand their refinishing needs and preferences, maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

Requirements: Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn and follow company procedures and guidelines, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
