develops managers to understand RaceTrac hiring processes and participate in hiring decisionsWrite, implement, and monitor manager development and performance plansEnsure proper procedures are followed in regards to hiring, promotions and separationsEnsure all team members follow policies and company standards at all timesEnsures that all team members have correct valid licenses as required by state or local lawsHave complete understanding of budget and cost trends that impact operations;
