Administrative , Case Management , Data Audits & Reporting , Data Entry , Ticket Management Location Providence Rhode Island Duration up to 2 months contract with possible extension Job Description HYBRID ROLE : 100% ONSITE FOR TRAINING THE FIRST FEW WEEKS THEN CAN WORK MONDAY AND TUESDAY IN OFFICE, WED/THURS AND FRIDAY FROM HOME Pay Range : $20- $27/hr. Job Description : Temporary Compensation Coordinator to handle core administrative and entry-level support functions: Mailbox & Ticket Management : Monitoring and triaging the shared Compensation inbox, reassigning tickets, and handling basic requests (e.g., rescind/correct adjustments). Data Audits & Reporting : Conducting recurring data audits across systems, generating standard reporting files, pulling weekly reports, and creating Employee Census documentation to support the team. Documentation & Coordination : Assisting with compensation cycle documentation, slide formatting, digital accessibility reviews, and scheduling vendor/executive meetings. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Drive. Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry, auditing, and reviewing documents. Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating across internal HR teams. Preferred Skills: Prior Human Resources experience, specifically within a Compensation function. Direct experience navigating or performing audits within Workday and PayFactors. Previous background in data analysis or reporting. Experience with Visio or process mapping tools. Day to day expectations and notes: Data analysis: beginner level, will need basic/intermediate skills with excel assist with drafting and reviewing communications: will need excellent written and verbal communication skills assist with inbox triage : answer questions from Brown employees on compensation. Will need to redirect questions as needed. They will provide an FAQ guide assist with documentation and calendaring assist with current project needs.
