Job Opportunity: Therapy/Rehabilitation - SLP Acute Care Hospital Facility: Sutter Health Eden Medical Center Location: Castro Valley, CA Employment Type: Travel/Contract Shift: Day (5x8 Hours) 8:30 17:00 Start Date: 10/5/2026 Job Duration: 13 Weeks Compensation: Rate Type: Hourly Over Time: 60 Total Hours in 1 Week: 1.25% Double Time: None On-Call: 7$ Call Back: 1.35% Holiday Pay: 1.25% Additional Information: Required Certs: BLS SLP Provides Assessment, Treatment, Care, And Evaluation For Patients With Cognitive, Speech, Language, Voice, And Fluency Disorders. Gains Confidence And Cooperation From The Patient, Their Family/Support Group, And Other Healthcare Providers Through Competent Patient Assessment, Attentive Monitoring And Care, And Effective Communication. Adheres To All Local/State/Federal Regulations, Codes, Policies And Procedures To Ensure Privacy And Safety While Delivering Optimal Patient Care. Assists With Clinical Supervision Of Assistants And Aides, And Serves As Clinical Instructor For Assigned Students.
