Dental Assistant – Private Practice | Tinton Falls, NJ
$25–$30 per Hour (Based on Experience)

Our exceptional private dental practice in Tinton Falls, NJ is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing outstanding patient care while supporting the dentist in delivering excellent clinical treatment.

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive patient experience, ensuring efficient office operations, and assisting with a variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Schedule

• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday & Thursday: 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Compensation

• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications

• Active X-Ray License required
• Minimum of 2 years of Dental Assistant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with excellent attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Welcome and escort patients to treatment rooms
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and ensure their comfort
• Set up and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for procedures
• Sterilize and maintain instruments according to infection control protocols
• Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming office environment
