Key Holder

At Portland Luggage, we believe in providing excellent customer service every time you walk in the door. To that extent, we carry a wide range of products in order to meet all manner of needs when traveling. Portland Luggage is looking for a part-time key holder to join our team here at Washington Square Mall. The ideal person will interact with a diverse range of personalities in order to help our customer base find their perfect purchases; customer service experience; cash handling experience; constantly improve their knowledge about our products and the travel industry as a whole; and be able to thrive while working with people. Responsibilities: Open/close the store Communicate proactively and effectively with the customers Resolve complex challenges to provide quality service Maintain the cleanliness of the store Properly communicate any challenges with the Washington Square management team and corporate representatives Properly prepare opening/closing paperwork including deposits at the end of business hours Qualifications: Authorization to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED While schedules are usually set, some flexibility for vacations; emergencies; education; and sick days will be required The hourly wage for this position will be dependent on geographic region; prior experience; and knowledge of the industry among other factors.
