Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, established in 2002, provides a personalized approach to patient care by focusing on function, education, and individualized treatment plans. Each patient begins with a 60-minute one-on-one evaluation, followed by consistent care with the same therapist to ensure continuity and focus on achieving individual goals. Role Description The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed physical therapists in providing direct patient care that aligns with individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises, patient education, and rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and function. The role requires hands‑on involvement in executing therapeutic modalities and ensuring patients receive quality care to meet treatment goals. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chula Vista, CA. Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy techniques, including assisting with therapeutic exercises and modalities Strong skills in Patient Care and Rehabilitation to support patient progress toward treatment goals Experience in providing Quality Patient Care with a focus on individualized and evidence‑based approaches Understanding of Orthopedics and ability to assist with related physical therapy interventions Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (state of California) and compliance with regulatory standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and the care team Ability to follow treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation CPR certification and familiarity with safety and infection control protocols Prior experience in an orthopedic or outpatient clinic is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Manual Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Inc.
