Operations Manager – Lead High-End Residential Construction Projects

Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $115,000 - $135,000 per year (based on experience)
• Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid, 30% travel required)

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital leader driving residential construction projects seamlessly from pre-construction to final completion. You will join a rapidly growing, highly systemized team where your expertise directly shapes company operations and project success. How You Will Make an Impact

• Oversee and streamline field operations from initial pre-construction planning through final project handoff.
• Manage sequence of trades to keep residential builds moving efficiently and safely.
• Maintain rigorous accountability standards for sub-contractors and field team members to hit deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with ownership and designers to ensure custom residential visions come to life seamlessly.
• Implement structured operational systems to optimize scheduling, reduce delays, and maintain high standards.
• Track project progress closely to meet financial goals and earn performance-based completion bonuses.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of related work experience managing residential construction projects.
• Proven track record in residential construction operations with deep knowledge of trade sequencing.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of driving project accountability and meeting strict deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and a team-player mindset focused on collaborative success.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the local region to manage active jobsites.
• Prior experience working within systemized, design-focused general contracting environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
