This role is essential in providing care for women, high-risk obstetric patients, and neonates. Key Responsibilities Conducting thorough respiratory assessments. Initiating and managing ventilator support for patients. Administering various respiratory therapies. Monitoring and evaluating patient responses to treatments. Collaborating effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and NICU teams. Maintaining precise and accurate documentation of patient care. Adhering to evidence-based protocols and infection control standards. Responding promptly to emergency situations. Qualifications and Requirements Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with obstetric and neonatal patients, is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
