Towne Park is a place where you can make a difference and create smiles every day. Compensation and Benefits Annual base pay range: $55,000 – $60,000. Compensation is based on job‑related skills, experience, education or training, and location. Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible to receive annual incentive bonuses depending on their job classification and policy guidelines. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and telemedicine benefits; company‑paid basic life and AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability. Employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. Paid Time Off: Accrues 0.0385 hours of PTO per hour worked up to a maximum of 80 hours per calendar year; 6 paid holidays and up to 4 paid floating holidays per calendar year. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of guest/patient services. Recruit, train, evaluate and discharge associates. Plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance. Perform financial management and reporting; manage revenue and reconciliation. Address customer complaints and manage a minimum of two associates. Essential Functions Ensures that the guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts (15%). Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and reduces staffing levels if business conditions dictate (20%). Engages actively in recruitment and hiring processes to select the best people for the location (15%). Assists Account Manager in establishing guidelines; provides orientation, on‑the‑job training, performance appraisal, coaching and disciplinary actions (20%). Builds cohesive working relationships with client staff; maintains communication and visibility at the site (15%). Drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service and turnover; ensures accurate revenue collection, shift reports, cash drops and reconciliation with controls (15%). Qualifications Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent. Licensure: Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Work Experience: Minimum one (1) year of related experience in hospitality. Knowledge of Towne Park’s safety, security, driving, prevention, equipment, claim check, ticketing and key box policies; knowledge of HIPPA and client facility specifics. Skills: Manual transmission driving; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and point‑of‑sale applications; effective oral and written communication; presentation skills; ability to interpret business policies, procedures, manuals and communications; composure under pressure; proven courtesy, sense of urgency, and safety focus. Authority and Decision‑Making Performs duties independently with minimal supervision. Makes day‑to‑day decisions that impact operational and financial outcomes of the site(s). Includes hiring, discharging, disciplining associates and managing resource allocation. Physical Demands and Working Conditions Regularly requires talking, hearing, sitting or standing extended periods, running, walking, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and carrying up to 50 pounds on occasion. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment. Work is largely climate‑controlled but may expose employees to inclement weather and varying temperatures. Up to 10% travel may be required.
