Night Shift - 3:30 pm - 1:30 am (Monday-Friday) Night Shift includes a 10% Pay Differential Capable of Performing Machine Set Ups · Proficient in handling Measuring Instruments and Test Equipment · Understand Quality Requirements and be able to perform “in-process” inspections of your own work in addition to working with the Quality Team to ensure delivery of high quality parts · Understanding of Basic Shop Floor Mathematics · Understanding of CNC Programming · Basic Computer Skills · Strong Work Ethic/Willingness to work overtime · Willingness to assist in Cross Training of other Teammates by Teaching Skills they can learn from you · Willingness to be Cross Trained on complementary machines as needed to support production requirements and increase your marketability · Must be a US citizen or US Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements ~ Competitive Wages/Performance Bonus ~10% Pay Differential (only applies to Night Shift schedule) · Family Health Insurance · Family Dental Plan · Employee Life Insurance · Short & Long Term Disability · Voluntary Short & Long Term Disability · Exercise Facility for employees and family · This job description is not a contract of employment.
