Administrative Support Team Member Accounting + Sales support at a fast-growing Safety & Promotional Marketing Company The role As our next Administrative Support Team Member, you’ll be the connective tissue between our Accounting Department and Sales Team - the person who keeps the day-to-day humming. It’s a great seat for someone who likes variety, wants real exposure to how a growing business actually runs, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever they’re needed. What you’ll do Keep the books moving - handle routine clerical and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable duties Be the friendly voice - communicate with customers professionally over email and phone Stay organized - scan paperwork, retrieve packets, and keep records tidy and easy to find Back up the front office - jump in on accounting-related questions and help wherever the team needs an extra set of hands Learn the business - get real exposure to sales, accounting, and operations in a company that’s actively growing What we look for Strong attention to detail - numbers and paperwork need to be right the first time Clear, professional written and verbal communication Organized, dependable, and able to juggle a few things at once without dropping any A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new tools and processes Comfort with computers and standard office software Customer-first mindset - you treat people well, even on the harder calls NetSuite experience is a plus We’re currently implementing NetSuite CRM/ERP. If you’ve worked with it before - even a little - please tell us when you apply. It’s not required, but it will absolutely catch our eye. We’re still implementing, so we’ll grow into it together.
