We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Full-Time Home Health LVN to serve patients throughout the South Bay area. Quality-of-Life & Compensation Flexible schedule with low production goals to allow quality patient care Fair compensation with overtime eligibility (LVNs are not exempt from California overtime laws) Bonuses based on quality metrics, not patient volume Paid Time Off: up to 10 days annually, with clear accrual and usage policies Vehicle reimbursement or option for a company vehicle Benefits: Health Insurance 401(k) with Matching Vision & Life Insurance Pet Insurance Competitive Pay Paid Time Off & More Responsibilities Implement the plan of care initiated by the Registered Nurse Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care Assess and educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnosis, care plans, and treatments Participate in coordination of home health services, reporting additional needs (HHA, PT, OT, ST, MSW) to the RN or Clinical Supervisor Use equipment and supplies effectively and responsibly Complete online charting in Kinnser using company-provided devices Follow all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a medical setting IV certification and experience with wound care Home health experience recommended but not required Active California LVN license Valid California Driver’s License Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $93,000 - $115,000/year DOE This is NOT a contract position #J-18808-Ljbffr
