Associate Attorney

Overview Employment Litigation Attorney (2+ Years) | Grow Your Practice, Not Just Your Hours We’re looking for a litigation attorney with at least 2 years of employment law experience who is eager to grow—professionally, intellectually, and eventually in their own client base. This role is built for an attorney who wants more than back-office research or being shielded from clients. You’ll work directly with experienced litigators while also: Speaking with clients early and often Taking increasing responsibility over strategy and case management Learning how to develop and retain business (with guidance—not pressure) Practice Focus Exposure to wage & hour, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and related claims Opportunity to assist with other practice areas at the firm including business & real property disputes.
