- # Quality & Patient Safety AnalystTowson,MDQUALI013295Quality & ComplianceApply nowSAVE JOBRelated RolesQuality & Patient Safety AnalystTowson,MDQuality & CompliancePatient AdvocateTowson,MDQuality & ComplianceDirector of Risk ManagementTowson,MDQuality & ComplianceShare# Job Overview**What to expect*** Under the direction of the manager, participates in the management of systems under the scope of Quality & Patient Safety (ex. adverse event management, or policy management), with duties that include user training, testing, and reporting.* Investigates quality and patient safety case reviews, including FMEA, Root Cause Analyses and action plan management.* Prepares and assists with presentations of case studies to promote transparency and organizational learning.* Leads activities related to presentation of quality and patient safety data, including monthly close activities and data sets supporting workgroup/council activities and assures data transparency and integrity is maintained* Conducts data validation exercises; collaborates with vendors and team to assure regulatory reporting requirements are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner* Maintains departmental data dictionaries and benchmarking resources* Manages project requests related to quality and patient safety data and performance improvement activities* Works with leaders and staff to integrate Safety Behaviors for Error Prevention into one’s work.**What you'll get from us**At Sheppard Pratt, you will work alongside a multi-disciplined team led by a bold vision to change lives. Masters degree in related field is preferred. + Certificate in quality management or patient safety strongly preferred (CPHQ, CQM, ASQ certification, Six Sigma, Lean Certification).* Demonstrated administrative experience, including creation of process maps and use of software (MS Project or Lucid Chart preferred).* Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including use of MS Teams for document management.* Proficient user of Excel, including creation/use of formulas, graphs, and pivot tables. Experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
