This is 5 days on site a month- in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. (They can fly/drive into the office as well). If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.

Must Have:

• Candidate with strong core engineering experience in Python, and know how to construct good software in an AWS Cloud setting.
• Python is the primary programming language, if candidates have any experience with Golang that would be extremely helpful but not required.
• They also need strong AWS hands on experience, having worked with Serverless Lambda. Not looking for someone with surface level knowledge in the cloud.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring • Hands-on experience in 2 or more languages (Python, Java, Go etc.). • Hands-on experience designing and building scalable and resilient applications in the cloud. • Serverless hands-on development and architecture experience implementing Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, etc • Experience delivering software using engineering best practices and principles. • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CFT, CDK, etc.). • Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment. • Passion for new technologies and cloud trends. Bonus skills • Cloud Certifications in AWS.
