In-Home Sales Representative $100,000–$200,000+ Earning Potential | Qualified Appointments Provided | Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced In-Home Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team. This is a high-income, performance-driven opportunity for a motivated sales professional who knows how to build rapport, present solutions, and close the sale.

Unlike traditional outside sales positions, you will not be responsible for cold calling, door knocking, or generating your own leads. Our marketing team provides qualified, pre-set appointments with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling.

• $100,000–$200,000+ annual earning potential
• 10% commission on closed sales
• Average project value of approximately $19,000
• Pre-qualified, pre-set appointments provided
• Approximately 2 appointments per day, Monday–Friday
• Approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday
• No cold calling or door-to-door prospecting
• No requirement to self-generate leads
• Paid training and sales support

• Established lead sources and marketing programs
• Strong demand for bath remodeling solutions

You will meet with homeowners in their homes who have already requested information about bath remodeling.

Your job is to:

1. Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
2. Understand their remodeling goals, needs, and budget.
3. Recommend the right bath remodeling solution.
4. Present product options, pricing, and design recommendations.
5. Build trust and demonstrate value.
6. Close the sale during the consultation whenever possible.
7. Follow up with customers when necessary.
8. Maintain accurate appointment and sales records.

Our preferred sales approach is a consultative, one-call-close process .

Our appointments are generated through established marketing channels, including:

• Home Depot partnerships
• Home shows and remodeling events
• Customer referrals
• Company marketing programs

You focus on selling—not prospecting.

This is a 100% commission sales position with uncapped earning potential.

• 10% commission on closed sales
• Average project size: approximately $19,000
• Average commission opportunity: approximately $1,900 per closed project
• Top-performing consultants have the opportunity to earn $200,000+ annually

Actual earnings depend on sales performance, appointment volume, close rate, and other factors.

This is an independent, field-based position serving your local market.

• Monday–Friday appointment schedule
• Approximately 2 appointments per weekday
• Approximately 1 appointment every other Saturday
• Some evening appointments required
• Most appointments are scheduled within approximately 75 minutes of your home
• Consultations typically last 90–180 minutes

We are seeking confident, motivated sales professionals with a proven record of success in high-ticket or in-home sales.

Experience in any of the following industries is highly relevant:

• Bath or bathroom remodeling
• Windows and doors
• Roofing
• HVAC
• Solar
• Kitchen remodeling
• Foundation repair
• Gutters
• Home improvement
• High-ticket retail
• Outside sales
• In-home sales

• Results-oriented and highly motivated
• Comfortable asking for the sale
• Strong communicators and active listeners
• Skilled at building rapport quickly
• Consultative rather than high-pressure in their approach
• Comfortable presenting pricing and financing options
• Organized and able to manage a field-based schedule

• Proven success in in-home, outside, or high-ticket sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to manage appointments and customer information
• Ability to pass a background check
