Proposal Graphics Specialist

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a highly motivated Proposal Graphics Specialist to join our team in the Washington, DC area. As a Proposal Graphics Specialist, you will orchestrate the creation, upkeep, and adaptation of design content to bolster proposals. Apply your expertise to a wide spectrum of print and digital materials across the company by also designing marketing collateral, corporate communications tools like logos, brochures, direct mail, invitations, signage, web graphics, advertising, presentations, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate proposal graphic design and production to ensure timely delivery and proper insertion into the proposal.
• Generate new proposal assets in various formats
• Adapt existing proposal assets for diverse platforms and channels
• Create detailed proposal graphics
• Interpret design needs and provide creative direction
• Offer optimal creative suggestions
• Contribute design/art input to multiple projects
• Conduct design-related quality checks text

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent years of experience
• 2+ years' experience designing graphics for government proposals
• Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD)
• Experience in crafting proposal graphics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong grasp of design standards and principles
• Consistent track record managing and prioritizing multiple projects efficiently
