What You'll Do
Provides administrative support to Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) management and personnel which includes a full range of office management, administrative, and reports and data functions including but not limited to:- Management of information flow and communications with external and internal contacts.
- Preparation and editing of various technical reports, presentations, and correspondence required by federal, state, and local agencies, as well as CNS and NPO.
- Management of database of scheduled deliverables and reports.
- Assures compliance with office procedures and guidelines, as well as document control and records management.
- Procurement of subcontract services, equipment, and materials, including specialized ES&H equipment and supplies.
- Prepares and submits payment of fees, vendor payments, and other payments.
- Coordinate company travel arrangements and settlements.
- Facilitate staffing and organization changes by updating SAP, entering badge requests, scheduling security briefings and interviews for new and staff augmentation personnel, and processing terminations.

Minimum Job Requirements
- High school diploma or associate's degree.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Five or more years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Experience with SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), including preparing and editing written communications.

The minimum education and experience for the lowest career level in the job posting range are listed under Minimum Job Requirements. Successful candidates hired into a higher career level than the minimum in the range must meet the requirements listed in the job leveling charts for the career level into which they are being hired. If a range of Career Levels is posted, i.e., Senior Associate to Senior Specialist, internal applicants already in one of the Career Levels would come across at their current Career Level. Internal applicants currently in a lower level Career Level would move to the lowest posted Career Level. Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required. Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply. CNS is a drug-free workplace.
