Travel Expectations This role includes a variable regional travel requirement to other EMPOWER sites, depending on program needs. All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay. You'll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. What You’ll Do Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement & measurable growth. Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop Positive Behavior Support Plans. Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices. Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER,ICS,ABA) to maximize outcomes. Deliver in-service training & represent ESPH at professional conferences.
