Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of healthcare programs to meet organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare management, program management, or clinical operations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to think strategically.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality improvement methods.
• Experience in budgeting, staff supervision, and cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
