Role Summary Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Filing Clerk to support dealership administrative operations through document management, filing, scanning, and general office support.More about the roleReceive and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the dealership.Organize, maintain, and clean dealership folders and filing systems.Scan repair orders and supporting documentation.Scan and index paperwork into Reynolds.Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.Provide support to various departments as needed.Maintain an organized and professional reception and office area.Handle dealership documents in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.What we look forPrevious administrative, filing, clerical, or office support experience preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus.BenefitsShort-term and Long-term disability insurance 401(k) plan with company matchPaid time off and holiday leaveOpportunities for professional development and growthOurisman Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
