About the Sales Manager Position Guide for families and older adults – Help older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move‑in. Team player – Generate referral leads by working with local professionals and volunteers. Partner – Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals. Support for Sales Associates 3‑week onboarding and orientation program featuring in‑depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, coaching with the District Director, monthly continuing education, and customized marketing tools. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education required. Valid driver’s license. Minimum of 2 years of relevant and recent sales experience; senior living experience preferred. Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and electronic documentation.
