Position Summary: Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as ordered. Prepared food is accurate according to company provided specification. Works FOH/BOH duties as required. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Reviews prep sheets for food preparation Begins and completes baking/food preparation Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls Makes deliveries by vehicle or by food as assigned Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below) Responsible for clean up duties Empties trash as required Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook Highlighted Secondary Functions Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations Check bathrooms Bus tables Prepare food to spec and order request Responsible for maintaining accurate cash flow and integrity of financial transactions Prepare and organize food for delivery to guest Job Specifications and Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Must be able to complete CBC driver training, pass a MVR according to CBC standards and maintain a valid drivers’ license with insurance State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as applicable Preferably a minimum of 3 months work experience in a guest service capacity. Restaurant or retail environment preferred Possess strong guest service and communication skills. Organized and detail oriented. Computer literate; proficient in use of POS – Point of Sale systems.
