Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
